Mrs Nicola (Nick) Ann Neal MCICM (Grad.)
A graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management since 2000 and a qualified credit professional, Nick has a wealth of credit experience having worked in both private and government sectors. She has also run her own limited company and sole trader enterprises where she utilised her skills to ensure that proper procedures were in place and implemented to gain maximum benefit from smooth cash flow.
Nick worked for a number of manufacturing companies exporting world-wide before moving to BP Marine as their Asia Pacific credit analyst. As part of this role she worked in both Hong Kong and Singapore and ran staff training courses and task teams. She then moved to Sumitomo Corporation Europe where she was a senior credit risk analyst advising on a wide range of commodity trades.
For the past 14 years Nick has run a successful limited company and worked for local authorities in support management functions.
Now the driving force behind B.E.C.S. Ltd, Nick has identified a need for strong credit practices and practical support for local and national SME’s. She passionately believes that with the Brexit negotiations in their initial stages, these principles will become even more critical putting her experience in the export and business credit sectors to good effect.
Nick is well qualified to help businesses achieve a position where they have strong order books, increased profit margins and low debtor days.
As part of her company function, Nick is responsible for the design and delivery of training courses and products for clients. She is also the main point of customer contact and is personally involved in the firm’s contract and analysis work.
We are members of The Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Institute of Export and International Trade, North East Chamber of Commerce and Federation of Small Businesses.
