I can definitely recommend BECS Ltd. When we moved to our "eco home" in Cornwall we were surprised to see that although the house had an eco rating of A it did have small electric radiators installed. After contacting Charles at BECS he advised us to install a heat pump as not only would the electric radiators be expensive but the house wouldn't really be warm in the coldest months.
